加速brew的方法：
brew换源
# 替换 Homebrewgit -C "$(brew --repo)" remote set-url origin https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/brew.git
# 替换 Homebrew Coregit -C "$(brew --repo homebrew/core)" remote set-url origin https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/homebrew-core.git
# 替换 Homebrew Caskgit -C "$(brew --repo homebrew/cask)" remote set-url origin https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/homebrew-cask.git
# 替换 Homebrew-bottles# 对于 bash 用户：echo &＃39;export HOMEBREW_BOTTLE_DOMAIN=https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/homebrew-bottles&＃39; >> ~/.bash_profilesource ~/.bash_profile# 对于 zsh 用户：echo &＃39;export HOMEBREW_BOTTLE_DOMAIN=https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/homebrew-bottles&＃39; >> ~/.zshrcsource ~/.zshrc
还原
#重置brew.git:cd "$(brew --repo)"git remote set-url origin https://github.com/Homebrew/brew.git
#重置homebrew-core.git:cd "$(brew --repo)/Library/Taps/homebrew/homebrew-core"git remote set-url origin https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core.git
#重置homebrew-cask.git：cd "$(brew --repo)"/Library/Taps/homebrew/homebrew-caskgit remote set-url origin https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask#Caskroom 的 Git 地址在 2018年5月25 日从 https://github.com/caskroom/homebrew-cask 迁移到了 https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask
#最后注释掉/.bash_profile里的homebrew-bottles并保存，以bash为例cd ~open .bash_profile
#更新.bash_profilesource .bash_profile
代理
brew使用 curl 下载，本地开一下梯子，完后查看梯子的本机代理端口
在 ~/.curlrc 中设置
socks5 = "127.0.0.1:1081"
方法二：在zsh中设置
echo export ALL_PROXY=socks5://127.0.0.1:1081 >> ~/.zshrc
