Sr. Java Engineer

Responsibilities:
--Conducting document writing, controlling and managing team membercoding and test progress, and completing the core coding with hands-on,rolled-sleeves type of technical activities
--The coding responsibilities also include interfacing with multiple OSvirtualization platforms, and completing Virtualization platform

Requirements:
-College or Graduate degree in computer science (or related area)
-5+ years of Java experience, mastering SOA, Portlet, Ajax, mySQL and JBoss environment
-Capable of leading and managing a team
-Good communication, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
-Attention to details and ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
-English conversation skills required

Desirable:
-Knowledge of cloud computing, multi-tenant database, application virtualization and OS virtualization

职位描述：
－带领研发、客服、品管、网管团队完成产品，严格检视软件工程进度。
－配合市场及销售团队为顾客完成虚拟化产品部署。

职位要求：
－至少15年软件开发工程经验。
－国内外知名大学计算机科学或相关科系的本科或研究生毕业。
－具有领导工程人员的经验，理解虚拟化技术、市场需求、软件工程。
－带领过大型前沿科技软件产品开发, 包括应用软件及实时系统的开发。
－英语流利。
－团队精神。
