DisablingCodeMirrorinGUIsettingsdoesnotactuallydisableit

Hi,

When I disabled CodeMirror in the GUI settings panel, it did not actually disable it. It only removed the syntax highlighting, however the edit box remains CodeMirror.
Only after adding $cfg['CodemirrorEnable'] = false; to my config it got properly removed.
