Can'topenindex.phpwithouterrors

I just installed phpMyAdmin. But when I yrt to open http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/index.php I always get the following error:
phpMyAdmin - Error

Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.

Can anyone help me?
