Publish2.0.1Documentation

I'm still using stable bootstrap switch 2.1, but if I use features form the documentation displayed,I have an errors.
I've tried 'switchChange' event but I still have to use 'switch-change'.
Also this doesn't work $('#disable-switch').bootstrapSwitch('disabled', true); on 2.1 version.
Is it possible to return back the documentation for old version bootstrap-switch
