高手指点啊,电脑时常蓝屏显示故障

　　系统不知道怎么搞的电脑蓝屏3b，说是电源不足,然后搁三五差地就转为蓝屏,然后显示几段英文.

　　 是这样的,我的系统是winxp,是05年买的品牌机.问题大概出现在4,5个月前,每次打开电脑都会响一下电源缺电的那种声音“当“.电脑买的时候我另装了一个显卡,然后如果停其运转后情况就好些,不象之前那样频繁蓝屏. 还有我看了一下,显示的系统是什么FAT32,有一次,我把mp3格式化了,用不了,我就转换成什么****格式,然后mp3就恢复了电脑蓝屏3b，不知道这有没有影响?
